Level of Service Plans

If you find that you need a greater level of service, upgrading plans is quick and simple.

The Process

Select one of three Levels of Service. Most customers choose our first Level of Service, EPA Online. However, depending on the complexity of your estate, you may need greater levels of personal consultation and documentation. For those clients, we have created additional Levels of Service with more in-person consultation with an EPA Attorney.

If you choose EPA Online:

The EPA Online service plan is for customers who appreciate the convenience of creating their estate plan online, while also knowing that they have an EPA Attorney available to help them along the way.

Step 1: Order and purchase the EPA Online Level of Service plan.
Step 2: Within 1 hour you will receive a set of custom forms via email.
Step 3: Fill them out and email them back. Your Attorney will draft your documents based on your individual needs and preferences, and return them to you within 1 business week.
Step 4: Execute your documents per the instructions included in your package, and you're done!

If you choose EPA Online Plus:

For customers who want both online preparation and an in-person consultation with an EPA Attorney, choose EPA Online Plus. This service option allows you to take advantage of the cost savings and convenience of creating your estate plan online, but also includes an in-person consultation with one of our Attorneys for an additional $100 fee.

Step 1: Order and purchase the EPA Online Level of Service plan.
Step 2: Within 1 hour you will receive a set of custom forms via email.
Step 3: An Attorney will be assigned to you within 24 hours and will contact you to schedule an appointment.
Step 4: After your in-person consultation, your Attorney will draft your documents and mail them to you, along with instructions on how to execute the documents.

If you choose EPA Traditional:

For customers who have complex needs or simply prefer a traditional in-person meeting with an Attorney, choose EPA Traditional. This service option allows our customers to create their estate plan through in-person consultation with an EPA Attorney.

NOTE: If you choose a plan that proves inadequate for your needs, we will gladly upgrade your plan and credit any money you have paid toward the new service.
