Just as we know every estate planning scenario is different, we also know that not every client wants or needs the extended level of service that some of our clients demand. At EPA, we are dedicated to making the estate planning process simple, cost-effective, and tailored to the individual needs of our clients. That's why we created our three-tiered level of service that gives you the flexibility to guide your estate planning process.

Of course, one reason you choose EPA is because you know your estate plan will be reviewed by experienced, competent, Maryland-based attorneys. So, no matter what level of service you choose, rest assured that our legal expertise is woven throughout the final product you receive.

We have designed our services to be responsive to how you want to engage with us. So, if you want the ease and convenience of online document preparation, you can choose:

Most Popular Service

Option 1: EPA Online

This service gives you the option to purchase your documents from our website, fill out our Web forms, and let our Attorneys do the rest. You will receive a complete estate planning package, including a Will, Advance Health Care Directive, and Durable Power of Attorney.

And, when you purchase this package, you receive between $75.00 and $100.00 off the price of our products purchased separately. You will receive your documents within five (5) business days, along with instructions on how to sign and notarize the documents.

Other Services

Option 2: EPA Online Plus
(Online convenience plus in-person consultation)

This service option gives you all the advantages of our EPA Online service, but also includes an in-person consultation with one of our Attorneys for an additional fee (billed separately). Simply purchase your documents, fill out our Web forms, and then an EPA Attorney will contact you to schedule your in-person meeting.

Option 3: EPA Traditional
(In-person consultation)

This service is for customers who have complex needs or simply prefer a traditional in-person meeting with an Attorney. Simply contact us to schedule an appointment with an EPA Attorney.

No matter which option you choose, rest assured that your EPA Attorney will be with you every step of the way. We guarantee that your documents will be compliant with Maryland law and will contain essential provisions that give you the flexibility to mitigate state and federal tax liability.
