Wills
At its most basic, a Will allows an individual to direct the disposition of his or her assets after death. But a Will does much more than that. It identifies Guardians for minor children and Trustees for any Trusts created. It can also incorporate specific provisions to ensure that your estate is shielded from unnecessary estate tax liability. But, it also is a wonderful tool to allow an individual to express his or her appreciation and love for the important people and institutions in their lives. In essence, a properly drafted Will is an extension of the person who created it. At EPA, we recognize this document as the final testamentary document in your life. And we ensure that your wishes are woven into the document while also making sure that it contains all the necessary provisions to protect your interests.
NOTE: Minor changes to final documents will be made without charge. Extensive personal interaction and re-drafting of documents may result in additional fees. You will be notified before any additional charges apply.
